Also known as ‘luo han guo’ and ‘luo han fruit’ (luo han translates as ‘monk’ and guo is Chinese for ‘fruit’) monk fruit is now used in thousands of food and beverage products around the world, and is rapidly gaining popularity as a natural alternative to sugar and artificial sweeteners.
